1974 Established on December 4. Capital JPY 100million.
1976 Started operations on March 1. Monthly produced 2,500 units of Frame parts, 30,000 units of Engine parts (HONDA motor cycle parts).
1978 Capital doubled to JPY 200 million. Expanded No.1 plant.
1985 Started mass production of parts for general purpose parts.
1988 Started mass production of DC aluminum wheels (motorcycle parts).
Started integrated process operations for automobile parts.
1993 Attained 1 million production of DC aluminum wheels (motorcycle parts).
1994 Established Tianjin Yanagawa Die Casting Co., Ltd. in Tianjin, China.
1995 Established Guangzhou Yanagawa Seiki Co. Ltd. in Guangzhou China.
1997 Obtained the certificate of JQA 'ISO9002'.
1998 Started mass production of Pivot Plate (motorcycle parts) with our new DC technology 'MUP-DC' called "weldable aluminum die casting".
1999 Established YSC INC. in the United States.
Obtained the certificate of JQA 'ISO14001'.
2002 Started production of hollow-body frame (motorcycle parts).
Introduced Hot Charge System of aluminum molten metal.
2003 Closed Tianjin Yanagawa Die Casting Co., Ltd. in China.
2004 Started production of Buell parts.
Introduced Cogeneration System.
2005 Started production of Toyota automobile parts as tier1.
Closed Guangzhou Yanagawa Seiki Co., Ltd.
2008 Acquired capital in Vietnam Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (VAP).
Expanded die cast and machining plant.
2009 Started mass production of DC aluminum wheels (motorcycle parts) at VAP: 12 to 14 inches.
2010 Closed YSC INC. in the United States.
2011 Increased capital to ¥450 million.
Started mass production of large-sized DC aluminum wheels (motorcycle parts): 17 inches.
Started production of Daihatsu automobile parts as tier1.
2012 Started production of Mitsubishi Motors PHEV parts.
2016 Started production of Chrysler parts.
2017 Started production of Daimler parts.
Started operations at Aso Takamori plant in September.
